Konawaena High School Logo

A collegiate reinterpretation of Konawaena High Schoolʻs logo and athletics department. The off and on used wildcat logo has been around since my parents both became Konawaena alumni in the 80ʻs. An homage to the original, the new logo features cleaner lines, bolder angles and a hidden ʻWʻ crest at the forehead. The word-mark borrows from this language with accentuated descenders at both ends, referencing the open fangs of the wildcat.

The logo and handmade word-marks are used on various collateral from t-shirts to football helmet decals. A special version of my other project, New Essentials was created for the football program, featuring items specific to the team.
